The high points. Full rules in the sections below.
Cancel before your ATM is released to freight and get a full refund. Once it leaves our facility, freight charges apply to recall the shipment.
If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the freight receipt and photograph it before signing. If it's badly damaged, refuse delivery.
If your ATM doesn't power on or has a hardware defect, contact us within 5 business days and we'll coordinate warranty service or replacement.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the ATM is released to freight or otherwise prepared for final shipment. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
Once a shipment has been picked up by the freight carrier, it cannot be recalled without freight return charges. The faster you reach us, the more we can do.
ATMs are commercial equipment that are configured, programmed, and shipped by freight. We do not accept returns on units that are received undamaged and in working condition. All sales are final once the unit is delivered and signed for without damage noted.
ATMs ship as freight, and freight damage claims are governed by the carrier receipt. If you sign without noting damage, you may waive your right to file a claim.
If you see damage or a Red tip meter, write one of the following on the delivery paperwork and take photos before signing:
If the box is crushed, holed, or shows damage suggesting the ATM may not be in good condition, take several clear photographs and refuse delivery. Photos are essential to support a damage claim.

If your ATM does not power on or has a hardware defect unrelated to shipping damage, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will coordinate manufacturer warranty service, replacement parts, or replacement handling as appropriate for the unit and warranty terms.
If a delivery is refused without prior authorization from Fort Yuma ATM, the buyer is responsible for freight return charges and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. If you have a concern about your shipment, please contact us first — we can almost always work it out together.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Card refunds are submitted through our payment processor (CardPointe) and may take several business days to appear depending on the card issuer and banking network.
New ATMs sold by Fort Yuma ATM include the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1 year parts and labor on Genmega and Hyosung units) unless otherwise stated in writing. Refurbished and certified pre-owned ATMs may carry a limited warranty stated on the order or invoice.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper installation, power surge, vandalism, misuse, neglect, freight damage not reported per carrier requirements, or unauthorized modification.
