Does the Nova come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Nova purchased through Fort Yuma ATM includes a 24-month parts warranty. We also provide lifetime Arizona-based support beyond the warranty period.
Do I need a processing contract to buy?
No. You can purchase the Nova outright without a processing commitment. However, we include free processing setup — a $500+ value — when you process through our partner network.
Can I run my own ads on the Nova's screen?
Yes. The 17-inch split-screen is fully configurable for your own advertising content. Contact our team for details on ad management setup and supported media formats.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. The machine is programmed to your processing settings before it leaves our facility, arriving ready to vault and deploy.
Is the Nova EMV compliant?
Yes. The Nova comes standard with a DIP-type EMV chip card reader. Fort Yuma ATM handles the processing setup to ensure you are fully compliant with current card network requirements.
Does the Nova support NFC / tap-to-pay?
