Do you sell ATMs nationwide?
Yes. We're based in Arizona and ship to all 50 states. We handle freight delivery to any US address and provide lifetime technical support regardless of your location.
What's the difference between Hyosung and Genmega?
Both are excellent machines. The Hyosung Halo II has a more modern look and larger touchscreen — it's our most popular model. The Genmega G2500 is slightly more affordable with rugged steel construction. Both are EMV-compliant and highly reliable.
Do I need a special bank account for an ATM?
You need a standard business checking account. The surcharge revenue and cash dispensed is deposited back into this account daily via ACH — no special merchant account required.
Can I install the ATM myself?
Yes. Many owners do. It requires drilling 4 anchor bolts into the concrete floor for security. We provide a detailed installation guide, and can refer a local installer in your area if preferred.
What warranty is included with ATM purchase?
New ATM machines come with a manufacturer parts warranty (typically 12–24 months). We handle all warranty claims on your behalf — you don't deal with the manufacturer directly.
What if I don't want to load the cash myself?
