How much does a service call cost?

We charge a standard trip fee plus labor. Parts are quoted separately. Submit the form above for a specific quote based on your location.

Do you fix machines you didn't sell?

Yes. We service any compliant retail ATM (Hyosung, Genmega, Triton), regardless of where you bought it.

Do you carry parts?

Yes. Our technicians carry common failure parts (dispenser belts, sensors, printers) to try and fix the issue on the first visit.

Can you unlock a lost master password?

Yes, but we require proof of ownership. We can reset master passwords on most Hyosung and Genmega units.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes. Many issues can be fixed over the phone. If you are a processing customer of ours, phone support is free. Otherwise, hourly rates apply.

Can you move my ATM to a new store?

Yes. We offer a full relocation service: Uninstall, Transport, Re-install, and Reprogramming.
